The Trust had objected to the planning application, considering the materials and design wholly inappropriate to the location and contributing to the blockage of a public path by large storage bins and car parking. While its objection to the decking was unsuccessful, the Trust’s concerns about the path were recognised and the permission was subject to the following condition: “No Parking or Bin Storage on Adopted Footway”. Trustees find that this condition is being violated.
